Sports regulations

Art.1: The meeting with the Diolas is open to competitors licensed or not, men and women, 18 years and over.
Art.2: Competitors are required to return the medical certificate that Nature Extrême Développement sent them upon confirmation of their registration, completed and signed by their doctor.
Art.3: The Large Course gives rise to a timing and ranking. The Small Course is not timed and does not give rise to a classification. This Small Course is carried out at free pace.
Art.4: Checkpoints and refuelling points are set up regularly. Scoring is mandatory. It is imperative that a competitor who abandons must notify or goes to the nearest checkpoint to notify it.
Art.5: Competitors are committed to a state of mind that honors running and sport in general.
Art.6: A competitor not listed in the ranking during a stage will be credited for that stage of the last time burdened by an hour penalty. It will thus be able to re-enter the general classification. This approach can only be applied once per competitor.
Art.7: The meeting of the Diolas crosses a population that has its customs and traditions: we must respect them.

For each flight, carbon offset is proposed through the GOODPLANET foundation ( Nature Extrême Développement also carries out other actions for Responsible Tourism, and is a member of the association ATR (act for Responsible Tourism).
